Chef Ruby, a proud Filipina born in the Philippines, brings a bold and inspired culinary flair to Jersey City. After shifting careers from nursing to cooking, she trained at the French Culinary Institute and sharpened her skills in top kitchens like Momofuku Ma Peche, The Standard Grill, and Thirty Acres. Today, she continues to make waves at Next Door Provisions, blending cultural memories and Jersey City’s rich diversity into unforgettable dishes. ❤️🍽️
